I've tried everything. I've deleted my whole ARK folder and reinstalled the game and resubbed to the mods but they won't download. When I start up the game it just shows that it's installing the mods and waiting for Steam to download them, but Steam isn't downloading it. Did you try deleting Steam's download cache? It's in the same menu that change download region is in. Good luck with this man, I've seen a similar problem one time before and the guy had to wait for the next update to get the game to work. A server apparently needs a mod,, but steam/armk won't download it or install it, it's probably a MB or 2, and still it's stuck on "installing 1 mods" Delete the mods folder in ark\shootergame\content Delete the AppManifest file from the \steamapps\ folder with the App ID of Ark Then load the game and it should now download the mods.
